Lovely Hair & Nails of Lebanon,Pa

One star is too many. I called around lunchtime on a Monday to see if they had availability that week for a manicure. The woman I spoke to said I could walk in at any time. As soon as I got out of work, I went to the salon. It was about 6:00 p.m. A different woman (who spoke much better English) asked if I had an appointment and I told her what someone told me earlier that day. She said she didn't have any available appointments remaining that day and instructed me to book my appointment online. I understood this may have been a misunderstanding, so I didn't think much of it. I went home and booked an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Thursday morning, I received an email canceling my appointment. No reason provided. Just canceled. I have never used this salon before. It's really close to my house so convenience is what attracted me to it in the first place. I'm writing off this place.

I have short nails and had to literally get loud with the tech bc she kept insisting on extensions. She finally said okay, I sat down and she got out her extensions anyway and tried to just do it. I don’t care what the employees like, I am paying and want my nails done the way I want them done. No respect for customers and their wishes. Then she finally did the dip I wanted but instead of doing color dip she did clear dip and painted over top of them. The paint was chipping within 2 days. Never again going back

This was my first time here and I will most definitely return again! The staff are very friendly and you are greeted right when you walk in. I chose a spa pedicure and it is certainly worth every penny! Other places complete the pedicure in about 20 minutes whereas this one lasted the full 45 minutes. And don't forget the hot stones! $50 well spent!
